Returns Policy

RedTeamTools want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If any equipment you obtain from us fails due to manufacturing defect or does not include the parts and features described on our site, you are entitled to return it to us for a full refund. Please let us know within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. (For specific items such as our Lishi 2-in-1 decoder picks, our return policy requires prompt notification to us of any problems, please see product pages for more details.)  If any of our items fails during use, we will work with you to make things right. If it can be determined that the problem was not related to misuse or intentional damage, we’ll replace it or return it at our cost. All we ask is that you ship the faulty item back to us so that we can inspect it, in order to improve the quality and experience for future customers.


All orders from RedTeamTools are shipped to the customer via the most efficient and cost-effective means possible, as determined by weight, geography, and packaging. All orders should ship out within two business days of being received and should generate an automatic email notification to the customer with tracking information.
