If you temporarily remove a security wristband by cutting off the original snap without harming the plastic band itself, these replacement snaps allow you to re-apply the band effortlessly and without signs of tamper. No cutting of the wristband is required.
While these snaps are exact duplicates of the most popular style of security wristband clap on the market -- thus making them non-removable by design -- it is possible to "weaken" the grab strength of these snaps before they have been applied, thus making them removable by the user in many applications, if a little care and experimentation is attempted.
