Red Team Tools has designed these to be a much shorter length than many other types of pinning tweezers (ours are approximately 4.5" in overall length) in order to fit easily into your pick kit or equipment bag for field carry.
In addition to having a formed end tip for handling lock parts, our pinning tweezers have a full surface powder coating in order to prevent marring or scratching when you are handling materials such as brass, which can be a consideration for individuals performing forensic work.
