The Lishi 2-in-1 tool allows an entry technician to manipulate individual pins/tumblers and carefully identify each chamber in the lock that is being accessed. Once a pin has been successfully set, the bitting depth can be read and decoded using the gauge printed on the tool.
This version of the Lishi 2-in-1 tool is compatible with Australian Lockwood locks that accept 6-pin LW5 and LW4 blanks. (Although it also works in many 5-pin Lockwood locks, depending on the tail side configuration... and our Standoff Spacer Adapter can also be employed when using this tool in 5-pin locks.)

Lockwood locks, despite being unrelated to the Schlage system of keyways and blanks, follow nearly identical standards as Schlage locks when it comes to spacing and cut differs. Both Schlage and Lockwood locks have bitting positions that are 0.156" apart and the bitting depths increment by 0.015" between each differ. Our Standoff Spacer Adapter works swimmingly with this tool. (And you don't even have to install it upside-down! OK, that's enough Southern Hemisphere jokes now, I think, hah.)
(This tool is included free to all who purchase any style of Lishi decoder pick from Red Team Tools, but it is was originally designed for use with Schlage and Kwikset tools. We give them away with other Lishi picks, however, because we like you. :-)
Return Policy - Red Team Tools is proud of our generous and smooth return policy which has been the source of much positive feedback when a customer has inadvertently purchased something by mistake or had the rare encounter with a product that wasn't properly QA'd by one of our manufacturers. While we appreciate the ability to honor returns under many circumstances, the high cost and particular sensitivity of Lishi 2-in-1 decoder picks has made them slightly problematic in this regard. Fortunately, few of these ever result in requests for return... but on occasion when such an email reaches us, we find it arriving weeks or sometimes even months after someone has been using their tool. These are precision tools, and if approached with too heavy a hand, it is possible to bend them or break them. For this reason, the Red Team Tools policy surrounding returns or exchanges of our Lishi 2-in-1 decoder picks entails:
- The customer alerts our support team of any problems within five (5) business days of delivery of their order, according to tracking number information
- The customer includes photos of any damage or concern that they are reporting to Red Team Tools
- It will remain the prerogative of Red Team Tools to approach each potential return on a case-by-case basis
While there is longer time window than those first five days to actually handle your return, ship it, process it, etc... any reports of damage to a Lishi 2-in-1 decoder pick must be made within the first five days of ownership. Thank you for your understanding!
